I went to American Music in Bellevue today… I was driving by and decided to stop to see if they had any new guitars.

I noticed that they have the a couple new Peavey HP Specials in stock. This is basically the new and improved Wolfgang. When Eddie VanHalen left to Charvel, Peavey decided to improve on the Wolfgang model and sell it through their custom shop.

I love my Wolfgang and was a little skeptical about this new model… but Peavey does not disappoint with the HP Special CT. This is a NICE guitar. It played fricken awesome. The neck seemed to be a tad bit thinner than my Wolfgang (which I like) and it seemed more comfortable to hold/play.

The Peavey HP Special CT USA won Guitar World’s “Platinum Award”.
